Request authorization first
Include the order reference, affected item, quantity, reason and clear photographs. If a return is authorized, follow the supplied packing and routing instructions. Unapproved parcels may be delayed or refused.
Customized and wholesale orders
Personalized, custom-produced and bulk orders may not be returnable for a change of mind. This does not remove remedies that apply to defective, damaged or materially nonconforming goods under the written order terms or applicable law.
Condition and refund timing
Items approved for return should be unworn and sent with the supplied components and packaging unless the reported issue makes that unreasonable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to processing time of the payment provider.
Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights that apply to an order.
